Hey! I’m Sam Eilers — a jewelry designer, metalsmith, and multidisciplinary artist. I studied Art, with a concentration in metalsmithing, at the University of Oregon, with a concentration in metalsmithing, and have spent the last few years building a body of work that blends traditional craft with personal vision.
My path into jewelry was anything but ordinary. What started as a curiosity in studio art turned into a full-blown obsession once I got my hands on the tools. I’ve spent over 500 hours in the metals studio—mostly self-driven—learning how to cut, solder, shape, and polish metal into wearable pieces of art. I’ve worked under skilled metalsmiths at the university, but most of my growth has come from pushing myself, staying late in the studio, and experimenting with techniques until they stuck.
Outside of metalsmithing, I’ve explored everything from painting and drawing to screen printing and digital design. That creative range influences my jewelry practice—I approach each piece like it’s a sculpture, something meant to be felt, worn, and understood.
I’m constantly building. I launched my own creative brand, Massreli, where I merge art, craftsmanship, and storytelling through custom work and design exploration. I’m driven by detail, emotion, and composition, and I believe great work comes from being fully hands-on—both in the studio and in life.
